With two- 45-minute coaching sessions and continuous Voxer support, this program is all about helping you settle into your new role with confidence. Whether you’re navigating first-job challenges, adjusting to the demands of patient care, or just looking for guidance, this package offers the support you need to address immediate hurdles, set personal goals, and establish the solid roots that will carry you forward in your career.
Ideal for new grads who feel overwhelmed or uncertain, this 3-month mentoring journey provides steady guidance, support, and strategies to navigate the transition from student to practicing RDH. This package is designed for those who are struggling with imposter syndrome or feeling like this career isn’t what they expected. You get 6 - 45 minute coaching sessions spread out over 3 months and ongoing Voxer support, you’ll gain tools and confidence to overcome doubts and find fulfillment in your role.
