My Story
With over a decade of experience as a dental hygienist and educator in a dental hygiene program, my journey in this field has been both diverse and deeply rewarding.
Initially, my background was in business, but I soon realized that my true passion lay outside the confines of a 9-5 job. Discovering my excitement for helping people led me to make a drastic change to become a dental hygienist. I graduated near the top of my class in both academics and clinical skills, but despite this achievement, I still faced significant challenges as I began my new career.
What I noticed…
When I entered private practice, I was surprised by feelings of doubt and isolation after leaving the supportive circle of classmates and instructors.
This experience, along with what I've seen others go through, revealed the need for more mentoring in our profession.
Driven by my passion to help others, I’m committed to providing new hygienists with clear guidance and support to build confidence and prevent imposter syndrome as they start their careers.

I started
because I noticed…
I wanted to support newly graduated hygienists as they transition into the workforce. I wanted to bridge the gap between the close-knit, supportive environment of school and the sense of isolation that often comes with entering clinical practice.
Leaving behind the camaraderie of classmates and direct supervision from instructors can be challenging, leaving new hygienists feeling alone and anxious.
My goal is to provide you with the tools and guidance needed to build confidence in your career, wherever it takes you.
